Request Appointment

Your First Visit

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient Form. To simplify your visit, you can also fill out our New Patient Form online* prior to your appointment.

New Patient Form

*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.

Initial Examination

Your dentist will begin by looking over, and discussing your medical and dental history, and completing a thorough dental exam. Your exam will include a careful examination of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will establish a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Payment Methods

The full treatment cost must be paid at your appointment. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit, or most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

Anxiety or fear around dental appointments is very common, and it can prevent people from getting the dental care they need. If this sounds like you, don't worry.

The team at Riverside Family Dentistry has a variety of practices in place, including dental sedation with nitrous oxide, to help you relax during your appointments.
